How do you price my land?

We do an in-depth comparative analysis of what other properties are selling for and have sold for. We spend time understanding the location and planned development. We take out all of the commissions and all of the fees for those comparable properties to get to a win, win price. We also calculate the marketing and holding costs and resources to re-sell your property to a qualified buyer.

We are happy to explain this in full detail, so you feel comfortable with your decision to sell the property.

Do you buy land that need a lot of improvements?

Of course. Most of the land we buy need improvements. Those are the ones we actually prefer. Don't worry about any level of improvements. We can handle anything.

Do you buy land that does not need any improvements?

If you have land that does not need repairs, don't worry, we also buy those.

How long does it take to get an offer?

Depending on the market, you may receive an offer in the mail. We have some due diligence to confirm ownership, and property history, but these offers are only made to properties that we are very interested in buying. It is 100% up to you if you agree to sell or not.

How are you different than a Real Estate Agent?

We buy your land! We have a large list of buyers looking to buy unused land and make their dreams of land ownership come true.

A Real Estate agent list your property (at a high price) hoping for someone to buy it and generate a commission for selling it. Some owners may try this first, but realize they have to pay commissions, may need to do land improvements, pay seller closing costs, and costly fees. Some land may sit for years without interest and may not sell.

Some properties can be listed for years without much interest. We can give you an offer in 2 business days and in some cases you may have received an offer via the mail.

Are there any fees if I sell my land to you?

We do NOT charge fees to you to buy your land. We make our money with the investment and do not need to make any by charging you a commission or fees. You take home what we offer.

If I request an offer from you, am I obligated to sell you my land?

Absolutely not! You have nothing to lose. It doesn't hurt to see what we can offer you for your land. So why not give us a call?
